Dana, Jason, and Family
I don't usually lead with photos in my blog, but I love this one enough that I just couldn't resist. I love the similarities, and the slight differences. This family made me smile so much - the kids were rays of sunshine and so funny!
Mom & Dad must be so proud of them. :)

Ella is ONE!! A Sisters Shoot
I took pictures of Ella's sweet mom when she was pregnant with Ella... It was a nice family maternity session, and I am so thrilled to have had the opportunity to shoot with this awesome family again. Ella, and her big sister Rory, came prepared to have some fun! Have I mentioned that I *love* when clients come prepared with ideas?!
The rest of the shoot can be found on my Facebook page!

Ashley and Jason - A Couple's Shoot!
Remember Ashley's Trash the Dress session?! She's baaa-ack! No trashing this time, though - Ashley and her boyfriend Jason (the love of her life I mentioned in her Trash the Dress blog!) came to Augusta for a couple's session. Ok, so maybe it wasn't the only reason why they came to Augusta... They were also going to head to Atlanta for an Orlando Magic game for Ashley's birthday. I heard things went well. :) I had fun with this shoot - it's great to see your friends so happy! Check out the rest of their session at my Facebook page!

The Spingath Family
This past weekend, I had the opportunity to take photos for the Spingath family. It was a beautiful, warm Saturday, highlighted by all of the lovely flowers in bloom. We met up in downtown Augusta to use the Riverwalk as our backdrop. Here are a few shots!
The rest of the shoot can be found at my Facebook page.

Becki & Naiyah
Isn't Naiyah a cutie?
Her mom is pretty, too.
I've known Becki for about seven years now - we first met in the tech school dorms for Air Force training way back in the day, and ended up in the same place. It's been pretty awesome to see cutie-patootie Naiyah grow up, too. Not only is she absolutely adorable, but she's quite the spitfire, too!

Jessica - Downtown Augusta shoot
I've had this shoot in my head for what seems like ages - how cool would it be to find someone with awesome tattoos and an awesome setting and take photos? The way I envisioned it, I needed a brick wall...not just any brick wall, but an old brick wall, and someone with tattoos... My goal was something edgy. Pretty, but edgy.
I feel like I accomplished this with my wonderful friend, Jessica. Here she is:
I had fun with this shoot because Jessica is one of the most laid back people I know. I used to work with her, and now she's just a short walk away...an eternal optimist with a mean streak of DIY, she was SO EASY to shoot. Plus, she may or may not have had someone on her mind - oh la la! :)
In the area we were in, we had some run-down buildings, a nice fountain, a brick staircase, plenty of greenery, and some old railroad tracks. The perfect place for a variety of photos! Check out the results from this shoot!
This one is one of my favorites:
You would never believe this picture came from January...in GEORGIA...only a few days ago, we had ice!!

Right about this time, a bicycle cop rode by. I think he waved and shouted something, but I stopped shooting. He yelled back that he was trying to make the shot. I promptly replied back to him, "FAIL!" He never made it into any shots.
